Got stuck with messed up order! Waste of money

Dont waste your time or money on this company! This company is the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with! A waste of $20,000 on marketing merchandise and they couldnt get my order right if their lives depended on it. Every single item I ordered they made a mistake on. The printing is awful. They dont have the ability to stick to deadlines or deliver anything according to what you expect. Dont waste your time with this company, youre better off spending a little more money elsewhere but actually receiving a quality product and peace of mind. I spent three months with this company trying to get my order right and in the end they screwed me and would not redo one of the products. They expected me to distribute merchandise that was not reflective of our brand and was just not legible to the eye. Their coloring scheme is extremely off. they will send you a product without doing any quality control and waste your time and your money. They will take your money upfront and afterwards youre gonna have to chase them down to get your order right and even completed by the deadline you expect. Their customer service is awful. I left numerous messages for managers who never returned my call to this day. This company is the worst and I will never work with them again. I suggest working with someone else for your marketing materials. Low quality products , awful customer service, poor printing., Inaccurate shipping promises, unprofessional artwork., Terrible all around. I ordered seven different items and they managed to screw up six of them. The water bottles are like tinfoil the quality is so low and so cheap you will not want to distribute this on behalf of your company. Trust me. User's recommendation: Don’t order from this company

Bad experience

I wish I would have looked for reviews before trying positive promotions. Horrible customer service. Placed an order and received w9 to pay by check. A week later I receive emails saying i have to pay first since I am new customer. When calling to pay they don't have the item anymore. Representatives show no remorse or apology for lack of communication and just stay silent on the other line when i explained my frustration since my order was time sensitive. She stayed in silence for about a minute after i explained my situation that i had to ask for a manager and she transferred still no talking to a voicemail. Manager was very quick responding to my voicemail but i was disappointed that he apologized but then didn't apologize. Very weird trying to place blame on not receiving some things from me which i responded with screen shots of proof. Anyways, i decided to investigate more and found these reviews; obviously not pursuing with them anymore.

Items ordered were on back order & site did not indicate it. Disappointed

Order on 6/14/2021 for CNA week for staff, went through the checkout process and there was no indication that the items were on back order or that it would be any delay in shipping. I called several times and spoke with a representative and received different answers as to what occurred during this process. I ordered in good faith as a first time customer that the items paid for would be delivered in a timely manner. The last rep I spoke with today 6/29/2021 was very rude, over talking and being nonchalant about a problem within this company.

User's recommendation: call the 1-800 number to see if the item is in stock or back order.
